Think better, clearer says IT task force

Better and clearer thinking is needed before any new filter is imposed on the internet, the Australian Computer Society's Filtering and E-Security Task Force has found. It also says: "The technical assessment of the Task Force is that there is no technological substitute for appropriate education and parental supervision of young people who are using the Internet."
