The Drugs in Sport affair has so far focused on the ‘sins’ of sports people. But the real guilty party may be the accuser, the Australian Crime Commission. We warned Parliament in October 2012 that the ACC would destroy reputations, and was dangerous: just over 100 days later it trashed Australian sport’s international good name, costing us probably billions of dollars over time. This Special CLA Investigation examines hard evidence about the ACC’s accuracy and competence, and demonstrates that the ACC’s own data says the exact opposite of what it has claimed.
