Civil Liberties Australia has been warning for more than a year about how dangerous the Australian Crime Commission is to Australia’s justice and democracy. We stepped up our warning in the past three months of 2012, and specifically warned in a document which we can’t publish, because it was censored by a Parliamentary Committee ‘to protect the reputation of the ACC CEO’.
