Courts doctor tapes: allegation

Courts doctor tapes: allegation

I believe an Australian court doctored an audio recording of my court hearing to cover up disgusting behaviour by a magistrate. I have reported this to many government and judicial departments and none have been willing to conduct a proper investigation. I believe there are many more Australian victims of judicial doctoring. The Facebook page “Australians Against Courts Doctoring Court Recordings” shows some of the victims, not only in Australia but also in other parts of the world.

I went to court to protect my children and myself and was humiliated and mocked and my children and I were then left to be abused, threatened and physically assaulted. I will not silently accept what was done to my children and I and what has been done to other innocent Australians due to courts covering up their despicable behaviour. I want the Australian people informed so the public can demand measures be put in place to ensure as much as possible the doctoring of court recordings is stopped.

  1. I am very concerned to hear this and surprised that editing of the audio record is even allowed. Do we also do that with Hansard? Surely the audio should be a true record of what happened? Sounds outrageous.
NOTE: CLA is interested if anyone knows of alleged “evidence interference”. We would be interested to hear if anyone – prosecutor, defendant, police officer, etc – knows of a situation where CDs/DVDs have been unilaterally edited before being made available as evidence in a trial.
