Safer if they show colours

Safer if they show colours

I’m an ex-pat living in Bali, nothing to do with any bikie gang in Australia and yet I find these Queensland bikie laws totally offensive. What is the government trying to do here? They have no money to build jails to solve over-crowding, yet for bikies they can find the money to build another jail?

Personally, I prefer bikies show their colours. If I have a bar and 20 Bandidos walk in and fight and trash my bar I want to be able to say “20 Bandidos walked in and trashed my bar, what’s going to be done about it?? Not 20 guys looking like bikies walked in and trashed my bar and I have no idea who the hell they are, what are you going to do about it?

The government haven’t thought this through at all. It’s not the big tough bikies that get in a scrap once in a blue moon, it’s other groups causing the major problems in Australia, with the murders committed over drugs of course. Where’s the crack down on them? Nah, bikies are an easy target because they wear their colours on there backs.

All this bikie crap started with Mike Rann, the ex-Premier of South Australia, who decided to go after the bikies and failed badly.

What happens if all these bikies decide to unite, and really decide to cause havoc? There is not enough police to handle that I assure you…and if they look like civilians with no colours showing, good luck.
