A grandfather walking innocently down a city street is zapped with 50,000 volts, twice, in the head; the police then realise he’s the wrong man, so they just drive away, leaving a physically and psychologically traumatised victim of random brutality. Third world country? No, London, England…and it can happen in Australia.
