Annual Reports for the 2013 eAGM

In preparation for the 2012 electronic Annual General Meeting (eAGM) voting the following reports are provided for the information of members:

Voting for this year’s eAGM begins on 11 March, and goes until 2 April for electronic voting (4 April for postal votes).

All financial members with a unique email address will be sent a ballot paper electronically on 11 March otherwise a postal ballot paper will be forwarded to the member’s postal address.  Details of how members can lodge their votes will be included in the mailings.
