Be warned: Australia’s threat level is PROBABLE

Presumably we still have all the old threats from the left that Minister for Home Affairs and chief Spookmeister Peter Dutton warns us about.

Now even he has acknowledged that there are equal if not greater threats coming from the right.

You may be surprised to know that the threat level in Australia hasn’t moved up with the additional threat from the right.

Officially, our threat level is still ‘Probable’

It’s a bit like the fire warning “Watch and Act”: what does it all mean in real life? Do we watch, or do we act? If we knew what to do, we wouldn’t need your warning.

If a terrorist event is CERTAIN, what’s the use of a warning?

If a terrorist event is NOT EXPECTED, what is the use of a warning?

We think maybe our Spookmeister just likes lots of pretty colours.
