In preparation for the 2012 electronic Annual General Meeting (eAGM) voting the following reports are provided for the information of members:
- Report of the 2011 eAGM;
- The 2011 President’s Report; and
- The 2011 Annual Report – which includes the Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Financial Statements.
Voting for this year’s eAGM begins on 19 March, and goes until 2 April. All financial members with a unique email address will be sent a ballot paper electronically on 19 March otherwise a postal ballot paper will be forwarded to the member’s postal address. Details of how members can lodge their votes will be included in the mailings.
