Aussie judge says
UN’s Ban guilty of
‘wilful disobedience’

An Australian judge is battling with the Secretary-General of the UN, Ban Ki-moon, to establish whether the UN’s top man is above the law, or must abide by it. NSW Supreme Court judge, Michael Adams, acting as a UN judge, has accused Ban of “wilful disobedience” and has refused to hear Ban’s lawyers in court until the Secretary-General tables relevant documents.
