A Harvard-led research panel, created by 49 US state Attorneys-General, has found that the internet may not be such a dangerous place for children after all – bullying offline and online is a far greater problem. The 278-page report concludes that there is not really a significant problem…which flies directly in the face of wildly overblown claims by Australia’s Communications Minister Stephen Conroy.
